The Nuggets are winning and hanging out at the club , the club is busy , the owners are happy , my wife and kids love me . LIFE IS GOOD . Still i lie awake alot of nights, i day dream in the shower , i think while i drive , when people talk to me at work sometimes i just drift off , i am wondering if im a good person or if ive let my position in life as GM of such a big club affect me as a human being and of course it has .Thank GOD IM A DAD AND HUSBAND FIRST , BUT RIGHT BEHIND that im Matt at Shotguns . Over 18 years i have fired, yelled at , made cry , beraided , picked on , ruined things for so many of my co-workers that it is horrible . I have to run the club as best as i know how , pretty girls , and cool popular support staff and that has caused me to fire so many people that i think about it alot of the time and it stresss me out bad . I hope some of those understand im just doing my job and putting the best staff around me at the club that is possible , i have to change out entertiners when they get bitchy , lazy managers have to go , fat girls , drug probs they all must go , well enough ………i make these calls and i do my best so i must get over myself . I s this a blog or am i being a 40 year old bay I THINK about things too much, goodnight . Matt

I always get on the floor 5 days a week at 7 pm sharp , i arrive at 5 pm to answer the phones and get everything set up for the nights shift its a show 7 days aweek around here and its really fun getting everything ready , i love it !!!!! Letme tell you the story of the SMELLY DINNER  it all started around 715 pm last friday a waitress Ashley got me and said a guest was very angry and wanted to talk to a manager right away , i walkedup to the guest who was sitting down on our blue stage ( number 2 ) it looked like he was eatting one of our delicious steaks at the time , he was waving his fork and knife in the air at the girl who was danceing on his stage , i said im Matt the manager how can i help you , he said tell this women to get her smelly ass out of my face well im eating my steak dinner !!!!!   WOW  Well 2 things came to my mind he was eating at the stage 5 inches from the girl , and our steaks are sooo good he should not have smelled anything but meat .  I bought the strange fella a drink to make him happy and asked him to please sit at a table . He just stayed sitting at the stage but i think i made him happy .    I hope you enjoyed this funny story !!!!!!!   Matt

GO NUGGETS i say , so does my great city of Denver here we are such a great sports town it makes everything sport fun and i love that , its fun to have sprit !!!!!  I reason i bring up basketball is because Sunday i worked a double shift 10 am to 4 am , yes at 40 i can still hang , and it allows me to take Wednesdays off and be with my family so its a good deal ,well back to my story …….. We had about 4 Dallas Mavericks come in after the game on sunday ( no names because i dont want to get them in trouble ) they where great polite tipped well sighned autographs cool players they where having a blast untill     he came in !!! Who is he you ask , well Mark Cuban is who .   These 7 foot men turned white with fright that was strange and asked me to sneak them out the back door so Cuban would not see them .  Well i called a few cabs to the back door by my office and snuck them out , they where polite and thankful .  Mark Cuban stayed seemed to have fun ( 1 brunette and 1 blond ) will do that to any man rich or poor , he tipped the waitress 200 dollars .  That made a great Sunday night !!!!!!!!!  Well its 5 am i need some sleep and i have a small cold GOODNIGHT   MATT

I buy drinks , i buy bottles i love to do nice things for all the guests that come to the club , last night i bought a bottle of sky vodka for the head judge of our ( swine flu amature strip-off) , Q yes thats his name , when i brought the free bottle i said please tip your waitress , he did not .   Please folks when i buy you a drink tip your server !!!!  On of our smarter vips had a couple hundred dollars in chips last night ( chips are like poker chips but they are money at the club they are the same size , they are brightly colored ) any way this vip some how got 1 chip in his drink and drank it up , he said he thought it was an ice cube   we got him exlax and had him take it , the chip did not pass before 2 am , good luck to him he said it was a 50 dollar chip , i wonder if hell bring it back to the club and buy a few DIRTY tables dances with it ???    Matt
